Isaac Williams
Board Chair
Isaac Williams is the Founder and Owner of Matrix Sports Academy, where he leads the
vision and direction of the organization with a focus on empowering young women
through athletics. He oversees program development, coaching philosophy, and long-
term athlete pathways, ensuring that Matrix supports not only skill development but also
access to post-secondary opportunities, including college recruitment and scholarships.
Football has been a lifelong passion for Isaac, and youth development has become his life’s work. After a career-ending injury shifted his path from playing professionally to coaching and mentorship, he committed himself to helping young athletes grow, persevere, and recognize their potential beyond the field. Matrix Sports Academy is also deeply personal — named after his oldest son and inspired by all three of his children, the academy reflects his desire to create meaningful opportunities for the next generation, particularly for girls in a sport that is breaking barriers.
Isaac played collegiate football as a running back at the University of Pittsburgh, where he developed the discipline, teamwork, and resilience that continue to guide his leadership. He brings more than 20 years of coaching experience across high school programs in Montgomery County, Maryland, as well as experience supporting teams within the Interstate Athletic Conference. In addition, he founded and led the recruiting service Sky With Eyes, helping more than 300 student-athletes secure collegiate scholarships and opportunities to compete at the next level.
Isaac leads with a belief in discipline, mentorship, and character development, and he is guided by the conviction that athletics can be transformative — building confidence, opening doors, and preparing young people to succeed both on and off the field.
