The Matrix Sports Academy believes in the development of everyone connected to the league (players, coaches, and our referees). Our referees are all Montgomery County High School student-athletes. Under the direction of Coach Fisher, our referees undergo training and supervision to ensure they are both learning the fundamentals of flag football, and are upholding our core values. 

All our referees have completed the official NFL Flag training.
