He has over two decades of professional history in Strategic Sales, Marketing, and Project Development in the Private & Public Sectors. Currently serving as the Co Founder and Executive Director for ComunIBuild Foundation Inc, where the mission is to create opportunities for communities to gather resources they need to create sustainable outcomes. Coach Bo is seasoned in Building Solutions that work across multiple platforms including Real Estate and Educational Programs centered on sustainability and encouraging self-sufficiency in communities.

Bo’s sales and marketing experience spans a variety of industries, including cars, food, and tech systems, to name a few. He and his family were recognized as Maryland’s Family of The Year in 2018, by the state’s Parent Teacher Association, for their tireless work and commitment to support the families in their community. In 2021 Coach Bi and his wife were selected by the Montgomery County Housing Opportunity Commission to receive their annual Inspire award. Bo currently resides with his wife and three of his five kids in Silver Spring, MD.
